Arguments

kind*String!The job kind.
label?StringStored label, null when none; clients prefer their own translation of known kinds.
live*Boolean!A worker serving this kind was seen within the lease (else a new job waits for one).
open*Boolean!The file already has an unfinished job of this kind (enqueueJob would answer that job).
